What is Aloe Vera? how it is used naturally for better health

This mucilaginous juice or gel obtained from the leaves of this plant,used in pharmaceutical preparations for its soothing and healing properties. the fleshy leaves of which yield a juice used as an emollient ingredient of skin lotions and for treating burns. Its leaf pulp is rich in natural nutrients and fiber

There are so may thought about this plant, initially this plant is used to cure burns and cuts.

later on, it is used to make so many cosmetic like shampoo, soap, hair preparation, facial treatment etc. These are external use now it is use internal use also, that is, it is used orally also.

I have started using it about six month ago. Please read the available information before taking it by mouth. I have grown up myself in flower pots for my personal use.

Aloe Vera Dosage

“fresh is best”.  Aloe Vera juice; it does have a strong pungent taste, so if you can’t cope with taking it straight mix it in your smoothie or add it to a green juice - Initially i used to take around 50 to 100 gram daily.As taken in above video.Later i took it every alternate day. Now, i am  thinking to use twice a week.
