Hello everyone!!
Today, I am going to write about "how to make tasty momo soup".
Here is the list of things you need.
Step one.
First toast soybean seed and sesame seed separately.!
Toast them till they turn brown.
Step two
Put toasted soybean and sesame seeds in the grinder. Grind them together until they become powder.!
Step three.
Take a frying pan. Heat vegetable oil and put chopped onion. Fry the onion till it turns brown.!
Step Four
Let's start putting other species too.!
Fry them at least for a minute.!
Now, put!
Add some water. And fry until the tomatoes break down.!
Add more water. and coriander or mint leaves.!
Lastly, add pulp of two steamed lapsi.!
if you don't have lapsi you can put lemon juice also.!
Step 5!
Put this gravy into the grinder having sesame and soybean powder.!
Add some hot water.And grind it for some time.!
Step6!
Now, pour this soup in the frying pan.!
Add water as per your wish and boil it.
The healthy and tasty momo soup is ready.
Pour it over hot momos.!
And Enjoy.!

तिल वा भटमास वा बदाम (पिनट) भुटेर पिस्ने त्यसपछि नुन, मसला, भुटेको खुर्सानी, लसुन र लप्सीको धुलो हालेर पिस्ने अनि त्यो पनि मिसाउने त्यसपछि कतिको बाख्लो या पातलो झोल चाहिन्छ पानी हाल्ने । धनियाँको पात पनि मिसाउँदा स्वाद अँझ जोडदार !

- 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder
- Coriander Leaves and or mint leaves
- Choerospondias axillaris (LAPSI)
